“Smitty” is a bold, enthusiastic dog – everything is an adventure. He loves to show, swim, run the agility course, the lure course and work the sheep. Smitty is a strong, quick dog, with a lot of his grandfather, Porter, in him.

At the Border Collie National in 2004, Smitty won the puppy sweepstakes for 6 to 9 months Puppy Dogs and took second place the following day. He finished his championship at 17 months with 4 major wins including 2 Best of Breeds and 2 Best Opposites. He is currently ranked in the top 25 Border Collies for 2006, and training for agility in his spare time.
